    Went over on the 10:30 Saturday morning and didn’t board till 10:45! No one new what was going on, on the outside? Asking questions with no answer back, good service on way home at 9pm when dead.

    Red Funnel were very flexible over our booking : firstly I made a mistake and booked for the wrong day, when I realised I was able to change it without charge. Then we arrived early to the ferry and we were able to get on the ferry before the one we had booked, again with no charge.

    The Booking system worked well. The fog was very dense on our sailing (9 a.m. 15th February) We commend the Captain for his careful navigation and for the fact that we arrived almost on time. Brilliant!

    Awful. Never had to say this before. 9pm ferry on15.02.19. Boarding changes. Why change what works. Didn’t sail until 9:35pm. Staff rude when parking. Really disappointed
