    The staff were efficient and friendly. I was put onto an earlier ferry and was shepherded onto the ferry by an amusing traffic director, which amused my daughter and I no end. The crossing to East Cowes was very pleasant.

    Arrived at the Southampton end and were loaded quickly and efficiently. Went to the lounge area and had a very tasty breakfast as we departed the terminal. Beautiful weather (which always helps the mood!) and trouble free journey to Cowes.
